Dr. Hana Rashid

Dr. Hana Rashid started out as a dental assistant for Beautiful Smiles Dentistry prior to attending dental school. She completed her undergraduate studies at UC Davis, with a major in Genetics and a minor in Psychology.

A graduate of the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in 2009, she went on to complete a 1 year General Practice Residency in Fresno, CA then joined her mother, Dr. Ibtisam Rashid in August 2010. Spending time with patients and providing quality care in a friendly environment are her core values.

When she is out of the office, Dr. Hana is very active in our local dental society, the Sacramento District Dental Society. She is currently serving on the Board of Directors, the CDA House of Delegates, the Ethics Committee and is guest editor for The Nugget, the dental society's publication.

She enjoys running, hiking, especially in Yosemite, traveling, yoga, and watching the San Francisco Giants win!
