Lawrence Chen

Originally from Los Angeles, California, Dr. Lawrence Chen comes to the Capital Region to enjoy what this beautiful community has to offer.  For as long as he can remember,  his greatest joy has been helping people to laugh and smile.

Dentistry has given him the opportunity to do just that.  He received his DDS degree at the University of the Pacific in San Francisco. Seeking additional training, he subsequently trained with a General Practice Residency program in St. Barnabas Hospital in the Bronx, where he advanced his repertoire to better serve his patients. Dr. Chen started his career in New York City serving the Greater New York Community through Dentistry and volunteerism for several years.  He looks forward to doing the same in the Capital Region of New York.
Dr. Chen has been involved in organized dentistry throughout his career, with memberships in the Academy of General Dentistry, Academy of Biomimetic Dentistry,

American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, and American Association of Endodontics. He continues to participate in advanced training programs to further his knowledge and skill base. He looks forward to meeting and working together with patients to learn and help them achieve their dental goals.
