Dr. Sonderling proudly serves the greater Boston area where he grew up!
Dr. Ezra Sonderling believes that dentistry should be performed without compromise. This notion has guided him throughout his training, leading to his present practice. It is Dr. Sondering's mission to facilitate his patient's maintenance of their oral health for life. His Cambridge office is a center of innovation and excellence.
Dr. Sonderling has received world-class instruction and devoted hundreds of hours of self-study to the mastery of biomimetic & minimally invasive dentistry. These techniques result in painless, long lasting restorations and maximal preservation of tooth structure.
Dr. Sonderling is the only general dentist in Middlesex or Suffolk County to use a Zeiss Extaro 300 microscope. Working at up to 30X magnification, extreme precision is possible. Violet fluorescence enables the detection of bacteria and the precise removal of old fillings.
A high power extra-oral vacuum and air filtration unit is used to evacuate amalgam and noxious aerosols from the treatment room.
Dr. Sonderling also zooms out to consider the holistic health whole-body health of his patients. Bleeding gums and a dysbiotic oral microbiome can accelerate the onset of heart disease, alzheimer's and cancer. A customized hygiene program and treatment plan is formulated for all patients after a comprehensive exam and discussion of their dental and overall health goals.
To the patient seeking a biomimetic dentist, know that you are on the right path. Wherever in the country you are, please call me to discuss how I may serve you.
