Dr. Perna is a graduate of NYU College of Dentistry and Mount Sinai's Residency Program. She has participated in international outreach missions to Panama, Ecuador, and Nicaragua and has conducted extensive clinical research in Rheumatology, Orthopedics, Dentistry, and Substance Abuse. She is an active member of the Academy of Biomimetic Dentistry, American Dental Association, NY State and Manhattan Dental Associations, and the Academy of General Dentistry for which she recently earned a Fellowship (FAGD).
